What you can bring to office hours.

De-identified IEP goals that are messy, unclear, unmeasurable, or contain too many skills/behaviors.

Questions about supporting your classroom aides or paraprofessionals to thrive in supporting students.

Questions you are afraid to ask your supervisor if you are a new teacher.

Questions you aren't getting help with, because your teams and leadership are overwhelmed (it happens and they are doing their best!). Anything else you want help with regarding behavior, learning, teaching, or classroom management.

Meet the speaker

Dr. Katie Palmer

BCBA | Owner, VigeoBx

Dr. Katie loves to support special educators - often coaching and creating tools to help make their work easier, more streamlined, and increase progress for their students.  With over 20 years experience in education and over a decade specializing in behavior analysis, she has worked with dozens of schools, hundreds of students, and their families to understand and change behavior, acquire new skills, and deepen learning. In 2017, she designed and built a school to support students whose challenging behavior was such that their needs could not be met in their home district. Two Roads Academy is an environment in which the adults are trained to use functional analysis from the ACT/RFT lens to facilitate the changes necessary for these students to grow and succeed.
